How it works

  1. Create a stake workspace

Choose the stake workspace and invite the leaders who should have access.

  2. Prepare the shared work

Coordinate presidency agendas, stake callings, interview dates, ward visits, and conference planning.

  3. Review and follow through

Revisit assignments and use appropriate print views for visits and meetings. Complete official recordkeeping in LCR.

Built around stake responsibilities

Stake tools include presidency planning, calling coordination, ward visits, ward conference dates, sustainings and releases sheets, conference ticket requests, and quarterly high council unit assignments.

Separate workspace, not unrestricted ward access

Stake-owned records are scoped separately from ward-owned records. A stake workspace is not blanket access to every ward’s private planning board; appropriate workspace membership is still required.

Planning aids have limits

Conference ticket requests are working lists, not Church ticket allocation or printing. Ward conference planning tracks dates and assignments, not a full conference agenda or automated announcement service.

Frequently asked questions

Is the stake workspace separate from ward workspaces?

Yes. Stake planning records have their own workspace scope. Joining a stake workspace does not automatically expose all ward planning records.

Can we track stake interviews?

Yes. Stake categories include temple recommend, Melchizedek Priesthood, patriarchal blessing, stake calling, missionary, and other. Keep entries to scheduling metadata.

Can we plan presidency ward visits?

Yes. The ward-visit grid assigns a ward to each configured presidency member on eligible Sundays, with a rotation helper and manual adjustments.

Does the high council speaking schedule pick exact Sundays?

No. It assigns a unit to each high councilor by quarter. The specific Sunday is arranged with the bishopric.

Does it allocate general conference tickets?

No. It tracks requests and totals for planning. It is not a Church ticketing integration or allocation system.

Is Bishopric Board really free?

Yes. Bishopric Board is free forever. Optional donations are available inside the app; nothing is expected.

Does it replace LCR?

No. Leader and Clerk Resources is the Church’s official record. Bishopric Board helps with preparation and follow-through; it does not approve decisions or automatically update LCR.
