    Create the matching date’s program and review the speaker details populated from your plan.

The planner keeps upcoming speaker information together and can populate a new program for a matching date. Saved programs contribute to speaking history.

People still make the invitation

Keep invitations personal and verify acceptance with the speaker. An API assignment marked invited is a planning status; it does not send an invitation or insert a speaker into a program.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see who has spoken before?

Yes. Speaking history includes speakers from saved programs, helping you review past participation while planning.

Can I plan topics as well as names?

Yes. The planning grid includes speaker and topic details for upcoming Sundays.

Does a plan fill in the sacrament program?

The app’s Speaker Planner can populate a newly created program for the matching date. Review the resulting program; separate API assignments do not automatically perform that step.

Does marking an API assignment invited send a message?

No. API speaker assignments record planning status only. They do not deliver invitations.

Is Bishopric Board really free?

Yes. Bishopric Board is free forever. Optional donations are available inside the app; nothing is expected.

Does it replace LCR?

No. Leader and Clerk Resources is the Church’s official record. Bishopric Board helps with preparation and follow-through; it does not approve decisions or automatically update LCR.
